Lawsun Intellectual Property Office is a firm legally founded in Taiwan, our team members have more than 10 years working experience in Intellectual Property (IP) field. Our main business is to help clients file patent or trademark applications and help them deal with cases related to intellectual property issues. Our team members are experienced in all procedures of filing patent and trademark applications all over the world, including the Patent Organizations. We specialize in electronics, machinery, electric machinery, biotechnology, and chemistry. Our goal is to assist applicants in protecting their inventions as much as we can.

    Mr. Kao has been working in the IP industry for more than 20 years. He is an expert in the fields of patent prosecution, trademark and copyright registration in many countries. Mr. Kao also has vast experience in patent and trademark administrative remedy and litigation. He counsels clients on IP management and developing international IP portfolios. In addition, he often gives lectures on intellectual property rights to college students and for the business community.

    Ms. Tsai has more than 15 years of experience in the field of patent law, primarily focusing on biotechnology, biochemistry, and chemistry. She passed both the Taiwanese patent bar and the Chinese patent bar. In addition to patent practice in Taiwan, Ms. Tsai has vast experience in patent prosecution in China and the US.
